Description
Automotive Detailers at Rhinelander Detail Pros work individually and in a team environment. Desired applicants will possess the ability to follow through from start to finish and have patience for this type of work. Detail technicians will perform all duties to detail and clean cars, trucks, campers, motorcycles and boats.

As a Service Consultant with Rhinelander GM Auto Center you will be responsible for:
Promptly greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, listening to customers concerns, wants and needs, provide clear explanations of repairs needed, the costs of those repairs, any additional work suggested by technician and the estimated time to complete those repairs, customer progress calls/updates, customer follow-up after repairs, handling customer concern issues, and maintain high CSI (customer satisfaction index) scores among various other things.

The position as a Service Consultant is a very demanding and trying one, but can be very rewarding at the same time. To make it simple we're here to help people; And make sure they are in a safe and dependable vehicle that won't leave them stranded.
Yes, this position is a sales position where your job requires you to sell service work. Selling means a lot of things. A few things it doesn't mean is being pushy, "Hard Closing" customers, or selling them services they don't need, etc. Instead we offer our customers services that they want and need at the best value for their money. Our sales approach is designed to provide a pleasant experience for our customers.
This position will require you to:
*Be Organized. There are a lot of people depending on you to be organized and give them accurate information. When you are organized and accurate things just "flow" and customers get in and out.
*Be a Good Sales Person. Everybody can appreciate a good sales person. Someone that is helpful, courteous, knowledgable, and personable. Good Sales People just make it EASY to make a purchase.
*Be Resiliant. You will offer services to customers and they will tell you no. You will need to be able to keep a positive attitude, and remember they don't all say yes.
*Be a Good Listener. A major duty of yours will be to listen to the customer. You've heard the expression you have one mouth and two ears for a reason. That is very true is this profession.
*Multitask. This position is a very busy one. You are responsible for a lot of things and they all need to get done right away. Throughput is something we focus on daily.
*Many Others. This job will require you to do a lot of things well and how well you do those things will determine your level of success and ultimately your income.
This is a FULL TIME position that offers full time benefits which include:
