This dealership was great to work with for the recall and tire rotation I had done the other day. They ordered the recall part in advance so there wasn’t any reason to come back another time. They also took care of the routine tire rotation while I was there. Everyone was courteous, positive and friendly.
We purchased a new Toyota Tundra and had our Rav 4 Hybrid serviced all in the same day. The service department was helpful and gave us next steps to find the issue with our back up camera on our Rav 4. Great car buying experience. The Sales Consultant, Reese, was friendly courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He provided an unrushed and pleasant test drive answering all my questions with detail. Needless to say, I bought the Tacoma.
We purchased out truck from Rhinelander Toyota in 2019 on a referral from a friend. This dealership provides the most professional, courteous and affordable maintenance on our truck. We refer this dealership to everyone looking for a vehicle. We give them an a 10 plus.
The man at the service counter was very nice. My car was serviced the same day to correct an issue caused by Miracle Toyota in Lake Wales FL. My issue however is that my new rear brakes STILL have an embarrassing squeak. At church, at Walmart, at the fair, people stare at my car. NOT in a good way. This is not normal, or good. I do not know what to do.
Rhinelander Toyota service department is top notch.I'm in and out of there quick and everything is fixed right the first time. all of the service employees are very courteous and professional.

I’ve bought our last 2 new cars (Highlanders) from Rheinlander and can’t say enough about the experience. We live in FL and summer in Minocqua. The service in FL doesn’t come close to being as good as the people here.

I'm reviewing the service area of this dealership. I was given an estimate of $199 and the bill was $50 more, even after applying 15% off! Was told that was because of an expensive transmission fluid. When the estimate was given they knew the type of car I was bringing in... I guess that's why they call em stealerships instead of dealerships...
Impressed with this dealership’s sales staff, service department and their follow up communication. The trade-in and vehicle purchase was low pressure, fair and transparent. A windshield defect discovered post-delivery was promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, a genuinely positive experience. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.

They got our van in quick to fix a seatbelt issue. A separate kids area off the main waiting area, as well as popcorn, soda, and slushys! My kids are so excited anytime we have an appointment at Toyota and we've been happy with their service.
